Staging a Home

With artist’s eye and marketer’s creativity, Jamie manages with each homeowner the preparation of their home for its Opening Day. The process of evaluating décor, floor plan, condition, even landscaping, is thorough and thoughtful, unique to every property. Project completed, the home enters the market, “Buyer Ready.”

Jamie’s results speak for themselves: Her listings sell promptly after being prepared for sale.

Jamie has the process of marketing and selling a property down to a science and owners of many of Rochester’s Grand Homes recognize the added value of her representation, becoming referring and returning clients.

Professional Focus
Choosing to specialize in the neighborhood where she lived, Jamie has a breathtaking professional presence in the Houston-Barnard area. Since 1995, she has sold or listed over 50  homes on Ambassador Drive, Sandringham Road, and Trevor Court.

Jamie has lived in the  area for 18 years, working to build the community as Chair of the HB Neighborhood Association, and as an active member of the area Garden Club.

“Staging” a Home: “You never get a second chance at a first impression!”
With an artist’s eye and a marketer’s creativity, Jamie manages with ach homeowner the preparation of their home for it’s opening day. The process of evaluating décor, floor plan, condition, even landscaping is thorough and thoughtful, unique to every property. Project completed, the home enters the market “Buyer Ready."

Because Jamie has the process of marketing and selling a property down to a science, owners of Rochester’s Grand Homes recognize the added value of her representation; Jamie’s results speak for themselves and her homeowners speak for her: From homeowner Dr. Charles Plosser, former dean, University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business:
“Janet and I were extremely happy with Jamie’s ability to get our house together in a way that was attractive to buyers. She knew everything that needed to be done, and was effective in helping us get it done.”

“When our homeowners ‘go with the program’, results are outstanding,” says Jamie, who listed, then sold, the Plosser’s home at 95 Ambassador drive it’s first day on the market, after six weeks in preparation, managing contractors who brought to perfection this extraordinary historic home.

Jamie purchased $200 in soaps from Bath & Body Works, and $200 in flowers from Wegman’s to merchandise the property for it’s entrance to the market. She believes that presenting a home at its best will not only make it sell more quickly, but also for it’s highest price. That conviction, meshed with her know-how and energy, differentiates her approach to selling a home in today’s market.
